SIX STEPS TO A DECISION
There are various approval routes that can be configured,
but every decision always goes through these steps:
1. PROPOSAL CREATION
Drafting a proposal comprising different sections and attachments.
2. Seeking advice
Optional: Seeking advice from colleagues and adding or modifying information.
3. PROPOSAL EVALUATION
A supervisor approves the proposal; otherwise, it goes back to step 1.
4. APPROVAL
Executives indicate whether they approve the proposal (proceed to step 6) or want to discuss it.
5. AGENDA INCLUSION
The proposal is added to the agenda, for instance, via JOIN Agenda Management.
6. DECISION LIST
A decision list is generated and added to the case.
