Incoming reports can be easily (automatically) assigned to the appropriate team or handler. They always have their workload at hand, including location, contact details, etc.
3. REPORTER STAYS INFORMED
Reporters are proactively updated about the status of their report. After resolution, reporters can provide feedback on the handling. This directly monitors the quality of service.
