REPORTING WITH FIXI

Fixi helps you report issues such as broken streetlights, overflowing trash bins, or loose pavement tiles. With Fixi, you can easily report these via Fixi.nl or our app for Android or iPhone and iPad. Afterwards, you'll be kept informed of the progress with status updates via email or notifications in the app.

Each Fixi report goes through 3 steps:

  1. Take a photo of the problem and describe your report.
  2. The municipality processes your report.
  3. You receive automatic status updates about the handling.
