Thanks to this modern architecture, we can implement rapidly. And rest assured, your data remains entirely secure! Stored within the European Union, we also ensure automatic backups.
With JOIN in the cloud, we take full responsibility for technical management. You'll always have access to the most up-to-date version and save on (internal) hardware. If desired, we can manage your StUF integrations and licenses as well. Of course, you retain control over aspects such as configuration and authorization.
All Your Data Within Europe
Microsoft adopts a regional approach, with data centers worldwide catering to specific regions. Decos utilizes Europe West, with its primary data center located in Middenmeer, at the northern tip of North Holland. No data is stored outside the European Union. The state-of-the-art Middenmeer complex is structured into distinct zones, each with its fire protection, cooling, and network facilities. This guarantees the true security of your data. Sustainability is also prioritized; the data center operates in a fully climate-neutral manner.

Security is a fundamental tenet of Microsoft Azure. A global team of 3,500 cybersecurity experts work around the clock, 365 days a year, safeguarding your data. Over the years, Microsoft has invested over 1 billion dollars in system, data center, and infrastructure security. For example, additional protection against DDoS attacks is provided.

1. ASSESSMENT
Using our cloud checklist, our consultants, together with you, evaluate your environment in terms of factors like integrations, VPN connections, and ADFS/LDAP configuration.
2. INSTALLATION
Our consultants will technically prepare the client environment based on your preferences and associated integrations.
3. MIGRATION
During a cloud migration, database and file conversions are conducted, and we optionally configure document scanners. We then perform acceptance testing, including chain testing.
