1. MAKE REPORTS EFFORTLESSLY ANYWHERE
Creating a public space report is a breeze with the Fixi platform. This can be done in a few simple steps via our iOS and Android app, the web application Fixi.nl, or simply at the municipal counter and the Customer Contact Center (KCC).
2. HANDLE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY
Incoming reports are easily (automatically) assigned to the right team or handler. They always have the work queue at their fingertips, including location, contact information, etc.
3. REPORTER STAYS INFORMED
Residents are proactively kept informed about the status of their report. Once the report is resolved, residents can provide feedback on the resolution. This way, you can continue to measure the quality of the service.
