HOW TO USE FIXI FOR FREE
The convenience of Fixi is now available for every Dutch, German and Spanish municipality at no cost! On this page, we explain how to handle a report, maintain an overview through Fixi, and communicate with residents.
GETTING STARTED WITH FIXI REPORTS
1. INSIGHT INTO REPORTS
Once you have created an account, you will see an overview of all incoming reports for your organization on Fixi.nl, including reporter details and, if applicable, a photo. A maximum of 10 accounts can be created.
2. TAKING ACTION
When you assign a report to the team or a handler, the reporter is informed that their report is being addressed. You can also choose to reject a report or forward it and communicate about it with the reporter.
3. Solving the report
Is the reported issue solved? Simply mark the report as 'solved.' Optionally, you can include a personal message and/or a photo to better inform the resident.
